West Brom fans in agreement on their new third kit, it looks like ‘a league winning’ jersey

West Bromwich Albion have released their third kit for the upcoming 2025/26 season.
Ryan Mason will lead the Baggies into the upcoming Championship season with fans hopeful that he can deliver on the promise he has shown in his coaching career at Tottenham Hotspur and return them to the Premier League.
West Brom have been busy in the transfer market ahead of the upcoming campaign, and while this will excite fans, the release of new kits has a similar effect.
While the new home kit seemed to divide fans’ opinions, the third kit the club have released seems to have reunited their voices once again.
The club have gone with a yellow and green striped jersey, a kit that has become a consistent option since the late 1970s, and West Brom fans have made their feelings known on the design.
West Brom fans react to their new third kit for the 2025/26 Championship season
The club released images of the new kit across their social platforms to much fanfare, as there is excitement to see the squad wearing the new yellow and green jersey.
West Brom fans seem to be in complete agreement about their feelings on the new third kit, as they took to social media.
One fan said: “Very, very nice. I always like green and yellow as our away colours. Now, I don’t know which one I like the best! Can’t wait to see the squad in this strip on away days next season.”
Another fan was in complete agreement as they said: “Love that, a beauty. Best top Macron have done for us.”
Meanwhile, one fan said: “Never thought you could improve the classic? But this really is it! Absolutely brilliant, subtly so sharp. Outstanding design, looks great.”
Some fans were curious as to why they could not have had the same design for the home kit, believing it would have made the jersey better.
One fan said: “Belter, why you didn’t do this layout for the home shirt I’ll never know.”
While there were a couple of voices in the fan base that did not like the kit, it was minimal, with the overwhelming sentiment being one of excitement for the green and yellow.
One fan simply said: “Looks like a league winning kit.”
The last time they had a yellow and green jersey
West Brom last had a yellow and green jersey as their away strip in the 2022/23 season.
The season was disappointing overall for the Baggies as they failed to reach the playoffs, but you can’t blame that on the kit.

They finished three points off sixth place, finishing ninth under the stewardship of Steve Bruce until October, when he was replaced by Carlos Corberán.
So, fans and the club will be hopeful this iteration of the yellow and green kit could see them gain promotion back to the Premier League.
