‘Here we go’… Nottingham Forest fans can’t contain their excitement as major transfer news breaks

Nottingham Forest are exploring a number of deals this summer transfer window.
Nottingham Forest have already completed a deal to sign Igor Jesus from Botafogo, so he’s expected to be announced soon.
His teammate Cuiabano was also in talks to join Nuno Espirito Santo’s squad, but that deal isn’t advanced, and he could end up joining Premier League rivals Brighton and Hove Albion.
It emerged on Thursday morning that Leicester City’s Victor Kristiansen is also on Forest’s radar following his relegation to the Championship.
Now, there is a fresh transfer development coming out of Nottingham Forest and fans are so excited.

Nottingham Forest fans so excited after Jair Cunha news
It has just emerged that Jair Cunha has flown into England to sign a five-year deal with Nottingham Forest, who are paying around £10m for his signature.
It’s fair to say Forest fans are excited.
“HERE WE GO! JAIR CUNHA IS A RED! 5 Year deal agreed £10 Million EXCELLENT Business,” @YoutubeFFTV posted.
“Top business. Best young CB in Brazil certainly & we are getting there before others,” @grantbn6 added.
@Redtilimdead1 commented: “The transfer window at Forest is well and truly ajair now isn’t it.”
@forestfocuspod explained: “Five-year deal for Jair Cunha would be great news for #NFFC after a few weeks of doubts over the deal for a player who sounds a huge prospect from speaking with @NathanJoyes1 and @GloriousBotaYT.”
“Great news,” @cliffordtopham simply said.
“£20m for the pair. If the Botafogo games in the #FIFACWC are a decent gauge, these will both be good buys. Jair will need experience next to him, David Carmo or Marato in the Conference maybe,” @sunbeam007 noted.
What Brazilian media have said about Jair Cunha
Sergio Santana, who writes for Brazilian newspaper O Globo, told The Athletic that Cunha is one of the nation’s most promising players.
“Jair is one of the most promising players in Brazil,” Santana explained.
“He is very good on the ball, he can use both feet, even though he is right-footed. He is very strong technically.
“He does make the kind of mistakes that young players do. But he has explosive talent. If the environment is right for him to grow and learn, he can be very good.
“I am sure he can learn a lot from Murillo.”
Indeed, Forest will have to be careful with Cunha, given he only celebrated his 20th birthday in March, but there is certainly plenty of potential there.
