Hansi Flick Slams Barça’s Performance After Celta Vigo Draw
FC Barcelona’s hopes of a La Liga title took a hit after a disappointing 2-2 draw against Celta Vigo. Despite taking an early 2-0 lead, the Blaugrana crumbled in the final minutes, conceding two goals while down a man.
Following the match, Barça manager Hansi Flick expressed his frustration with the team’s performance. “It’s not just the last ten minutes, but the whole game. We really played a bad game. We made a lot of mistakes, including in the first half. We lacked confidence with the ball and didn’t play our usual football,” Flick said.
The German tactician also emphasized that the blame couldn’t be placed on a single individual. “It’s not the fault of one player. It’s the whole team that loses or wins together.”
This result leaves the door open for Real Madrid to close the gap at the top of the table. A win for Real Madrid against Leganés and Valencia could see them just one point behind Barça.
