“Until the 86th minute, we were the only team that could win that game. But stupid errors cost us, just like they’ve done in several games lately.

It’s no longer a matter of playing well and being unlucky—it’s about fixing our mentality and execution.”

When asked about Mattheus Nunes, whose late penalty error led to United’s equalizer, Silva refused to single him out.

Instead, he emphasized that the team as a whole must take responsibility.

“It’s not about Mattheus or any one player,” Silva stated. “When the same issues happen over 10 games, it’s on all of us.

Everyone needs to reflect on their role and how they can improve.

Right now, this team isn’t living up to the standards we’ve set for ourselves.”
