Aryna Sabalenka marked her year-end world No1 triumph in pure star fashion, swapping tennis gear for a glamorous, bra-focused outfit that sent social media into meltdown.

The 27-year-old Belarusian, who has dominated the 2025 season with four titles including the US Open, was officially presented with the year-end world No1 trophy after arriving in Riyadh for the WTA Finals.

For the ceremony, Sabalenka stepped out in a sharp, tailored suit with a daring bra-style top, posing confidently with the sparkling trophy that underlined her status as the best player on the planet this year.

She shared the photos with her millions of followers on Instagram, adding a playful caption that read, “Diamonds are a girl’s best friend and the Year-End World No. 1 trophy has a lot of them soooo.”

The post exploded almost instantly, racking up more than 200,000 likes in short order. Among those engaging were fellow stars Novak Djokovic, Coco Gauff and Paula Badosa, all showing appreciation for both her success and her striking look.

The WTA’s official account summed up the mood with a simple reaction in the comments: “We are obsessed.” Fans followed with their own tributes, calling her “The Queen of the Court” and describing her as “a diamond” in her own right.

Away from the photoshoot, Sabalenka has backed up the glamour with serious tennis in Riyadh. The world No1 blasted past a weary Jasmine Paolini 6-3 6-1 in her opening group match at the WTA Finals, laying down an early marker.

She then battled past Jessica Pegula in a three-set test, winning 6-4 2-6 6-3 to maintain her perfect start at the season-ending event and strengthen her grip on the No1 crown she has just been formally handed.

Sabalenka will complete her group campaign with a blockbuster French Open final rematch against Gauff, adding yet another high-profile chapter to what has already been a statement year.

Her schedule does not slow down once the WTA Finals are over. The Belarusian has also agreed to take part in a “Battle of the Sexes” exhibition showdown against Nick Kyrgios at Dubai’s Coca-Cola Arena on December 28.

Never shy of a bold prediction, Sabalenka has already promised to bring full intensity to the mixed-gender clash, declaring that she genuinely believes she can beat Kyrgios and that she will “try my best to kick his a**” in front of a packed crowd.

Kyrgios, now ranked No652 after an injury-hit season, will be the underdog in terms of recent match play, while Sabalenka arrives as the reigning world No1, a four-time major champion and one of the biggest box-office names in tennis on and off the court.
