Kudus could also be followed by Morgan Gibbs-White, with Spurs wasting no time in the market as they aim to strengthen their squad.

Rangers could be forced into Diomande sale

Diomande has been linked with a move to Besiktas in Turkey, and it was recently reported that an offer of around £10 million was made for the 23-year-old.

With Joe Rothwell, Thelo Aasgaard and Lyall Cameron arriving as central midfielders, it could signal that Rangers are preparing for Diomande’s exit.

However, Nicolas Raskin has also been linked with a move, and losing both central midfielders would be disastrous for Russell Martin.

If Raskin does leave for a significant fee, then Rangers may be able to resist interest in Diomande, but if the Belgian stays, then the money may be too good to turn down for the Ivorian.
