Thierno Barry was spotted training with Everton target before £27m move, he could be next

After weeks of waiting, Thierno Barry has finally been confirmed as an Everton player.
To Evertonians’ relief, The Friedkin Group have brought in the first new face of the summer.
The hope now is that Everton will continue in the same vein, with David Moyes making it clear that more additions will be made.
Villarreal fans are baffled that Barry has left, but the 22-year-old was clearly eager to play in the Premier League.
Now, it has been revealed that the Frenchman might have played in part in bringing Everton’s next signing through the door, as Barry was spotted with a target.

With the striker putting pen to paper on a four-year contract, Moyes’ new number nine can get to work.
His 11 goals over in Spain aren’t the only exciting aspect the Frenchman brings with him, as Everton fans see Barry as an aerial threat, which will suit Moyes’ style.
Standing at 6’5 exemplifies this, as Barry sees goal scoring as a ‘meal’, giving fans more of an insight into how ruthless the striker is in front of goal.
Well, his impact will be known on the pitch, but off the pitch, he might have contributed to Everton’s next signing.
The Athletic revealed that Barry cut his holiday short in Miami to travel for a medical, but during that holiday, in Florida, Barry trained with Everton target Jack Harrison and new teammate Carlos Alcaraz.

The latest on Jack Harrison’s transfer to Everton
After an underwhelming loan spell at Goodison Park, it’s clear that Everton fans don’t welcome Harrison’s return.
However, this isn’t up to the fanbase, and Moyes is clearly a big fan of the winger, as the Scotsman could endorse a permanent move this summer.
Well, despite his loan spells being fairly straightforward, bringing the 28-year-old permanently has some implications.
It’s said that Leeds’ PSR will be affected if Everton agree a free transfer for Harrison, with it looking likely that The Friedkins won’t pay a fee for the Whites star.
Barry might have convinced him to come back, but Harrison has reached a dilemma, as with a contract at Elland Road until 2028, Everton will have to try and work something out with Leeds.
